Design & Drafting
WE Solutions offers a design and drafting service to our clients. WE will work closely with you to find what layout works best.
This service includes on site measure and drafting of existing structures, preliminary and site plans, detailed specifications and integration of buildings to pre-existing structures.
Structural Engineering
Whether a project is in the residential or commercial sector, Structural Engineering is important in order to ensure that all building projects completed are safe, stable, and built to last. WE Solutions provide in-house Structural Engineering and access external Building Certifiers to move smoothly through council approvals.
WE also specialise in providing technical services with approving existing structures to be passed by local councils including structural reporting and Form 15 & 12 Certification. WE offer on site inspections as required for client projects, as well as building reports and on site solutions.
Construction & Renovation
From dealing with council requirements to coordinating with subcontractors, WE Solutions offer precise, timely, and efficient builds.
WE Solutions are skilled in carpentry, cabinetry, steel work, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing and gas. WE also have access to a range of subcontractors to assist with all facets of the construction process.
